NAMI IS CALLING FOR VOLUNTEERS
There are many opportunities for the public to get involved with NAMI throughout the year. NAMI actively encourages the participation of its members in order to make our city a better place for all to live, work, learn and play. As a community-based, non-profit organization, NAMI requires hundreds of volunteers – to manage our community events and activities. Our volunteer requirements include:
Volunteer Coordinator – To recruit and support our many volunteers.
Event Leads to work with our Vice-President & Social Secretary and with committees for our various community events
Script Writers/Content Developers to work with our Media & Publicity Department.
Photographers/Videographers to document NAMI activities with videos and images
Music/Entertainment DJs for occasions and events
Food Caterers & Vendors for planning/logistics, etc.
If you would like to help enhance the overall experience for our members, we would appreciate hearing from you. Many of our volunteer roles are suitable for students looking to fulfill volunteer hours or people looking for work experience in their fields.
