ELECTION STATISTICS

Total Eligible Voters: 62 registered due-paying members
Total Votes Cast: 49 voters
Voter Turnout: 79% – An excellent participation rate!
Voting Period: November 27 – December 3, 2025
Ballots Closed: December 3, 2025, at 11:59 PM

One of the key advantages of this election was that it allowed for greater participation irrespective of location, with members voting securely online over a 5-day period.

TRANSPARENCY AND AUDITABILITY

The process, voters, and votes/ballots cast are auditable through ElectionRunner’s secure platform. We welcome anyone who wishes to challenge the outcome of the results, and we will share the facts and election materials with such persons to carry out any digital forensic audit.

CHALLENGE PERIOD

In accordance with our electoral procedures, if there are no challengers to this process, the results will be deemed final in the next two days (by December 5, 2025) without additional publication to the community.

Any member wishing to challenge the results must submit their concerns in writing to elections@nami-mb.ca by 11:59 PM on December 5, 2025, including:

  • Specific grounds for challenge
  • Supporting evidence or documentation
  • Requested remedy

The Electoral Committee will review all challenges fairly and respond within 48 hours with factual information and access to election materials for verification.

This election was conducted with the highest standards of integrity:
