Welcome from the President

I welcome you to the Nigerian Association of Manitoba Inc., one of the most diverse institutions of cultural diversity in Manitoba. It will be apparent to you as you shall be navigating through our website that our passion is to unite our members and our primary focus is on growth of our community in cities where all our members reside in the province of Manitoba. We are poised for partnership in cultural, political, economic, and social developments with all stakeholders in this province.

Mission Statement:

My goal is to continue the good work and foundation laid by our past executive. It is also my mission to continue to uphold NAMI’s mission of bringing together and serving the needs of the Nigerian community. I will keep elevating NAMI as the symbol of hope, unity and progress for all Nigerians living in Manitoba by promoting the Nigerian heritage and ideals within the African community and Canada. I will keep championing economic development by promoting local businesses and cultural advancement of the Nigerian community in Manitoba. It is my priority to ensure that new immigrants, newcomers, visitors, professionals, skilled and unskilled workers, international students settle and thrive positively in Manitoba and Canada. I will also keep promoting active participation and engagement of Nigerians in the political process and good governance in Manitoba.
