Abosede (Bose) is an Internationally Trained Lawyer who graduated from Robson Hall, Faculty of Law, University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada and her research interest was on the Global taxation and developing countries where she “TWAILed” (Third World Approach to International Law) International Tax.
She also holds Bachelor’s degree in Law, LLB (Hons) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife, Nigeria and BL (Hons.) from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, Nigeria.
Bose is a recipient of the prestigious David T. Sgayias Graduate Fellowship as well as the International Graduate Students Entrance Scholarship, the University of Manitoba for the 2016/2017 academic year.
Bose has an insatiable passion for research and teaching with some years of volunteer experiences working with high school students and undergraduates and holding reviews in Canadian Administrative Law for Foreign-Trained Lawyers. Back in Nigeria, despite her busy schedule as a legal practitioner in an active corporate division, she was a research assistant to Prof. Abiola Sanni, a Fulbright scholar and a Professor of Law at the faculty of law, University of Lagos, Nigeria.
Interestingly, at the University of Manitoba, her thesis was duly supervised by the erudite Prof. M. Michelle Gallant, a renowned author, teacher of law, and a member of the Manitoba Law Reform Commission.
Bose has considerably acquired and is still acquiring applicable knowledge in research work and legal drafting.
In recognition of doing things appropriately to avert costly immigration errors, Abosede’s venture into the immigration consulting market is historic and she successfully worked as an Immigration Associate overseeing the Afro- Canadian Division of CdnVISA Immigration Consultants, a prominent Immigration firm in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Abosede was a Legal Assistant and Volunteer Student-at-law in Winnipeg, with NBS Legal Consulting; She also worked with the Government of Manitoba as a Writer/ Inquiry Officer. Abosede Articled with Temilola A. Farinloye Barrister & Solicitor in Winnipeg, MB.

Congress of Black Women MB is mentoring a group of young Black women who received funding from Volunteer Manitoba to deliver a series of Financial literacy workshops targeted at Black (Newcomer) youths in Manitoba ages 18 – 30.
